We’ll guide you on the best setup for effective hydration.

 

Where should I place the water cooler?

Cool, dry areas away from direct sunlight and wooden or carpeted floors are ideal. Ensure there’s a plug nearby.

 

What’s the minimum order?

Two dispenser bottles per order.

 

What is an Allocated Delivery Day?

We deliver based on your location’s assigned weekday. Businesses needing frequent deliveries get additional days.

 

When are deliveries made?

Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on your allocated day.

 

What happens on public holidays?

We’ll deliver the day before or after a public holiday.

 

How do recurring orders work?

Customers needing two or more bottles weekly can set up automatic deliveries.

 

How do I order if I don’t have recurring orders?

Simply log in to our customer zone to place your order, and we’ll deliver on the next available delivery day.

 

How do I get my water cooler cleaned and sanitized?

Email us to schedule a free cleaning (every six months). We’ll come within three days of your request.

 

How do I get repairs for my water cooler?

Call or email us, and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement if under warranty.

 

What if my water cooler leaks?

Side or bottom leaks: Likely from the water bottle. Remove and replace it with a new bottle.
Tap leaks: May be due to bottle sticker not being removed, ending up in the tap mechanism. Remove the bottle and call us.
